"Design is more than half the product!"

Packaging design is crucial and often decisive for the future of a product. It needs to be both visual and functional.

Packaging design has two dimensions, at least. It is about material, shape and dimensions, the structural design. The product needs to fit a pallet, a truck, a retail shelf, a fridge, etc. But also, a filling line.

Pack design is also about graphical design and the identity of the product. Positioning is key for marketing and that is a job for packaging.

Here is an opportunity to catch up with trends and what’s new. The morning of March the 6th we are going to discuss packaging design from several angles. The brand owner's, the designer's, the coordinator's and the packaging supplier's.

The event will take place at a well-known and well appreciated craft brewery, Beerbliotek. We will meet in their Tap Room where we will be next to production and filling lines.
